This calculator is a tool to help determine when RNGing the Dream Radar for the gen 5 Pokemon games. Simply enter in the information for each field and click Calculate to determine information such as your final PID frame and how many advances you need to do. For more information regarding the process, please refer to my guide.

Note: The apps for the Therians and Gen IV Legends assume that you are not sending normal Pokemon to your game at the same time, and that you are only sending one legend at a time. Sending non-legend Pokemon to your game simultaneously with Legendaries may cause the frame to advance differently than the apps calculate.

Terms

Initial PID Frame
The frame determined by hitting "Calculate Initial PIDRNG Frame" in the main window
Number of Occupied Slots before Target
he number of Pokemon before the one you are trying to rng when you send them to your game from the radar
Number of Genderless Pokemon before Target
The number of genderless Pokemon in the slots before the one you are trying to rng
Target Pokemon's Offset
If the Pokemon you are trying to rng is gendered, put 2; otherwise, the offset is 1
Target IV Frame
The IV frame from the Time Finder (i.e. the IV frame you are aiming for)
Number of Advances Required
How many times you have to check the spinner
Frame in Researcher of First Spinner Match
The first frame in the researcher that should correspond to your first spinner
Target's PID Frame
The PID frame (in the main window) that your target Pokemon will be on after doing your advances
